The festival focusses on jazz embedded in progressive and contemporary subcultures and movements therein. Jazz in all it's forms and sizes, progressively moving forward in a realm that does not have to be labeled as yet. Why Mondriaan? Mondriaan loved jazz. “If Mondrian would be alive today, how would his vinyl suitcase look like?”
