Pack your bags; for the 13th edition of Jazz Maastricht Festival you will be taken on an inspiring musical world journey!
From Mestreech we’ll travel through Ethiopia to Sweden, from Portugal to England and from the USA back to Mestreech.
Take off your coat for Cristina Branco and Mulatu Astatke and don your woolen hat for Magnus Öström. Swop your snow boots for a pair of dancing shoes for St. Paul & the Broken Bones, and get your shivers on in a fluorescent ski suit for GoGo Penguin! The unique combination of jazz, fado, world music, soul, light arts, culinary “couleur locale” and visual arts will turn this festival into a truly artistic experience.
